Donald N. Penny is professor of Religion at Campbell University.

I purchased this book for my christianity class and loved it. It was so informative and gave me so much knowledge behind where christianity all came from and what its all about. I was really able to learn about christianity in a positive way. It was written in a way that was easy to understand and can really just be a book for a person who enjoys reading in general. There's lots of history, and the positive thing is, the book is not a big textbook.
